Tammy Kay Spiese, 53, of Ephrata, passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2017, at Wellspan Ephrata Community Hospital.

She was born in Lebanon to Ruby (Harman) Clair and the late Dennis Lee Lambert, Sr. and was the wife of the late Chris "Grizz" Spiese.

Tammy was a waitress for several local establishments.

In addition to her mother, Tammy is survived by 2 children, Shannon DeGeorge, Ashley Lynn DeGeorge; 2 grandchildren, Washika DeGeorge, Mackenzie Wentzel; a brother, Dennis Lee Lambert, Jr.; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Desiree Gable.

Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
