I had the pleasure of working with Tom to better the Ephrata community. I worked for CAP until 2016 and where EASS couldn't help I could and vice versa. Tom was compassionate and caring and really had the best intentions when it came to making Ephrata a better place to live. I will miss him dearly especially when I come volunteer to complete paperwork in the office. My deepest sympathies to his family, his presence will be missed.
